Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wong Access (wongaccess.pro, "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, or use that harms the platform, our suppliers, or other customers.

2. Wallet and payments

• Funds added to your wallet are held as an account balance for purchasing services. The wallet is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
• All payments are verified on our servers before your balance is credited. A payment confirmation shown by your browser or a third party is not proof of credit.
• Each cryptocurrency transaction can be credited once. Sending on the wrong network, or an amount that does not match your payment order, routes the payment to manual review.
• Prices are shown before purchase and are charged from your wallet at the time of the order.

3. Services and suppliers

Services are fulfilled through third-party suppliers whose availability, coverage and performance change constantly. We route each order to an eligible supplier automatically. We do not guarantee that any particular country, service, number or product will be available at any given time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, to defraud any person or service, to circumvent the security of any system you are not authorised to access, or in breach of the terms of the platforms you verify against. You are solely responsible for how you use numbers, accounts, proxies and other products you obtain.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: failed and unfulfillable orders are refunded to your wallet; successfully delivered products are not refundable.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform, including services, pricing, and package tiers, at any time. We aim to give notice of material changes where practical.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of third-party suppliers or the platforms you interact with.
