Refund Policy

Last updated 6 September 2026

Most refunds on Wong Access are automatic. This page explains when an order is refunded, when it is not, and how the money is returned.

Automatic refunds

Your wallet is credited back automatically when:

  • A verification number produces no code within its validity window.
  • No eligible supplier can fulfil the order (out of stock, country or service unavailable).
  • A supplier accepts the order and then fails or cancels it before delivery.
  • An order is cancelled before a number, code or product has been delivered.

Refunds are returned to the wallet that paid for the order, in the same currency, usually within seconds and always to your balance rather than back to the original payment method.

What is not refundable

  • Orders where a code, number, account, proxy, eSIM or other product has been delivered - a delivered product is considered used regardless of what you do with it afterwards.
  • Rentals and dedicated numbers once the rental period has started.
  • Losses caused by sending a crypto payment on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or for the wrong amount. These are routed to manual review and resolved case by case.
  • Wallet balances are for purchasing services and are not withdrawable to cash except where required by law.

Underpaid and overpaid crypto payments

If your payment does not match the amount on your payment order it is not credited automatically. An underpayment can be topped up or reviewed; an overpayment is reviewed and the difference credited to your wallet. Contact support with your order reference and transaction hash.

Disputes

If you believe an order was wrongly charged or wrongly refused a refund, contact hello@wongaccess.pro with your order reference. Support can see the full order timeline - payment, supplier request, supplier response and fulfilment - and will correct genuine errors.
