Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Wong Access collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to wongaccess.pro and the member dashboard.

What we collect

• Account data - the email address and credentials you register with.
• Transaction data - wallet funding, conversions, orders, supplier cost and selling price, and the resulting balance movements.
• Payment data - payment references, transaction hashes, and (where you provide it for manual review) sender name and a payment receipt. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store card numbers.
• Service data - the numbers, codes, credentials, QR codes and similar items delivered to your account, kept so you can access your order history.
• Technical data - IP address, device and browser information, and logs needed to operate and secure the platform.

Why we use it

• To provide the platform: fund wallets, place and fulfil orders, and show your history.
• To verify payments, prevent fraud and double-crediting, and investigate disputes.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with: payment processors (to take and verify payments), service suppliers (to fulfil your orders - typically a country and service, not your identity), and infrastructure providers that host the platform. We may disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Transaction and order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Other data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Security

Sensitive fields such as delivered credentials and access details are encrypted at rest. Access to operational systems is restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure, but we design money and fulfilment flows to fail safe.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must retain for legal and accounting reasons. Contact hello@wongaccess.pro.
