Frequently asked questions
Paying, ordering, delivery and the services themselves. Still stuck? Support can see your full order timeline.
Getting started
Do I need an account to browse?
No. The full catalogue, live pricing and availability are public. You only need an account to fund a wallet and place an order.
How do I pay?
You fund your Wong Access wallet once, then every service is charged from that balance. We accept Nigerian card and bank transfer, manual bank transfer with agent confirmation, and USDT (TRC20, Binance or Bybit).
What currencies can I hold?
Every account has a Naira wallet and a USDT wallet. You can convert between them at the posted rate at any time.
Orders & delivery
How fast is delivery?
Verification codes and numbers are typically ready in under a minute. eSIMs, proxies and accounts deliver as soon as the upstream provider confirms - usually seconds, occasionally a few minutes for asynchronous products.
What if a code never arrives or a service is out of stock?
Failed verifications and unfulfillable orders are refunded to your wallet automatically. You never pay for a number that produced no code.
Can I see my order history?
Yes. Every order has a full timeline in your dashboard - payment, provider request, provider response, fulfilment and final status - and every wallet movement is on your transaction ledger.
Services
Which countries and services are available?
Coverage is drawn live from our providers and changes constantly. Open a service configurator to see what is in stock right now for your country.
What is the difference between a rental and a dedicated number?
A rental is a number tied to your chosen services for a fixed window (7–30 days). A dedicated number is your own private line, billed monthly, that can receive codes across supported services for as long as you keep it.
Why are voice verification and boosting marked "coming soon"?
They are built but not yet open to customers while we finish supplier routing and testing. They will switch on without any change on your side.
